62-MILE ROAD

This course traverses the high plains between Denver and Colorado Springs. On a clear day, cyclists will enjoy views of the Front Range from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak. Don’t worry about stuffing your jersey pockets with food or drinks; we’ve got you covered with three aid stations along the course.

Start Time: 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m (please plan to start early)
Miles: 62
Elevation Gain: 3,800 ft.
Aid Stations: 16, 33 & 48 Miles

Sag wagons will rove the course with additional water and supplies, while providing roadside assistance to those experiencing mechanical problems or those who become too fatigued to finish. Please be prepared however to handle your own flats and minor repairs.  Road Marshals, Colorado State Patrol and Rapid Response will be on hand to help make your ride safe and enjoyable.

Tagalong bike trailers and Burley-style trailers are not permitted on the 62-mile course.
